East Stroudsburg University’s main campus is in the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1893, the university is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and is dedicated to providing students with a comprehensive university education distinguished by innovation and tradition. ESU is one of the 14 institutions in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.

ESU, a partner with Graduate! Philadelphia, now offers courses that are flexible, focused, and convenient for adults in the Greater Philadelphia region who want to earn a college degree in Health Services Administration.

Full-Time Out-of-State (12 - 18 credits): $8,533.00 per semester (includes tuition and fees)

Student Services Available for Adult Learners: 
Students receive personalized instruction in a small classroom setting. Professors and support staff are available inside and outside of the classroom to help students acquire the best learning experience possible. Students in the health services administration program also have the opportunity to complete internships with major health care facilities in Philadelphia. Student internship sites include: government agencies; federal, state and local health departments; medical centers, hospitals and other health care institutions; community coalitions and health improvement programs; not-for-profit organizations (i.e., American Cancer Society, American Red Cross); and worksite wellness and health promotion programs for employees.
Modes of Class Delivery: 
Courses are scheduled in five 8-week sessions throughout the year to help students with prior credits earn their bachelor’s degree within two years. Students can take up to 30 credits per year over three semesters per year. Two courses (6 credits total) will be offered during each 8 week session 2 nights per week and on Saturdays.
Delivery Schedule: 
Course 1 (3 credits) - Monday, 6 pm – 9 pm; Saturday, 9 am – 12 pm
Course 2 (3 credits) - Wednesday, 6 pm – 9 pm; Saturday, 1 pm – 4 pm
