University College is the part-time adult undergraduate college of Widener University and offers both associate and bachelor degrees. University College courses are specifically designed with the adult learner in mind, and University College faculty members are experienced adult educators who bring real-world experience to the classroom. University College provides quality student-centric undergraduate educational programs and noncredit programming to adults and nontraditional students that will enhance their intellectual, professional, and personal development.

$490 per credit hour (Chester campus and all online courses); $445 per credit hour (Delaware and Exton Campuses)
Modes of Class Delivery
Courses are offered in the evenings, on Saturdays, and through online classes, as well as a hybrid format known as NetCampus (Accelerated Studies). Fourteen-week evening courses that meet once per week are offered Fall and Spring. There are two six-week summer evening sessions with courses meeting twice per week. NetCampus courses are seven-week accelerated courses that meet one night per week, with additional required online course work; these are offered for six sessions each year. Fourteen-week online courses are offered in the Fall, Spring and Summer. Saturday studies meets every other Saturday seven times, with one additional weekend for exams.
Student Services Available for Adult Learners
University College offers online advising, face-to-face advising at any campus, or phone appointments. Library hours are extended evenings and weekends. All students also have access to library resources through an online portal. Tutoring by both the math center and writing center is provided free-of-charge. Most faculty tutor students in their courses for free. Orientation at the beginning of each semester is offered to all new students and includes online courseware. Registration is done through an online portal, after the first course.
