Application Deadline

No deadlines; classes start monthly

Tuition Fee

$495 per credit hour. The majority of courses are three credits. The technology fee per three-credit course is $105. Total cost per class is $1,590.

Modes of Class Delivery

Courses are delivered on campus, on-site, and online. Accelerated courses last seven weeks with new courses beginning every month.

Student Services Available for Adult Learners

The Walker Center for Academic Excellence staff facilitates numerous workshops each session.  Topics included are Time Management, Stress Management, Test Taking and Study Skills, and Success Strategies. Tutoring appointments are available days, evenings, and Saturdays for 60- or 90-minute sessions.  Student Financial Services is available to help you finance your degree, walk you through the financial aid process, and identify scholarships.

Career Development Services Available for Adult Learners

The Peirce College Career Development Services (CDS) Center supports student's career development by providing personalized guidance for career exploration, access and success.  CDS works with students to develop the skills and abilities needed to advance their personal and professional growth and become academically prepared and equipped with the latest business skills to meet employers' need for talent.

Degrees Offered

Peirce College offers degree programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, General Studies, Health Information Technology, Health Information Administration and Healthcare Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, and Paralegal Studies.

Concentrations

Concentrations within the Business Administration degree program include:  Business Law, Entrepreneurship/Small Business, Management, Marketing, and Professional Studies.

Concentrations within the Information Technology degree program include:  Desktop Applications for Business, Information Security, Networking, Administration and Security, Programming and Application Development and Technology Management.

Certificates

Peirce offers the following Information certificates:  .NET Technology, Programming, Windows Network Operating Systems, and Help Desk Technician.  Additionally, post-bachelor's certificates offered are Business law and Paralegal Studies.

Scholarship Opportunities

Peirce College is a proud partner with the City of Philadelphia and is delighted to provide an exceptional education package by offering a 25% tuition discount for all eligible City of Philadelphia employees, their spouses and dependents.  Additionally, Peirce selects one employee and one resident of the City of Philadelphia for the Annual Mayor's City of Philadelphia Scholarship, which is a renewable scholarship covering tuition and fees.

Accreditations

Peirce is accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA  19101, 215-662-5603.  The College's Business Administration degree program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and its Paralegal Studies degree program is approved by American Bar Association (ABA).

Military

Peirce honors the individuals who protect and serve our country, and specializes in serving their academic needs.  Through the Protect & Serve®Grant, service members and their spouse and dependents can receive 25% off Peirce tuition.  Grant awards are based on enrollment in a degree program.  Peirce College is a Yellow-Ribbon School and is SOC (Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges) and DANTES approved.
