Graduate! Philadelphia is a joint initiative of the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board and the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our mission is to increase the number of adults with college degrees in the Greater Philadelphia region.
To achieve our mission, Graduate! Philadelphia provides free guidance and support, both in-person and online, to adults who want to return to college and complete their degree.
Whether you need assistance finding a college and program that's right for you, filling out and filing financial assistance forms, getting academic support, navigating your work and family schedules, accessing a computer, completing your paperwork, or improving your study skills, we can help.
Our services are available to adults throughout the region and can help you enroll at any college or university. Additionally, Graduate! Philadelphia currently has partnerships with fifteen local accredited colleges and universities that have high graduation rates, excellent track records in supporting adults through graduation, and offer courses that are flexible, focused, and convenient for adults.
The Graduate! Philadelphia Center is operated in partnership with the Philadelphia Education Fund and is funded by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and the City of Philadelphia.
